Rayne Team Rider Paul Kent has been tweaking the design of the Demonseed over the past few years and to create the fastest, most efficient distance skating or commuting board ever made. This deck is an adaptation of the Rayne Demonseed but there are a slew of important changes to the design. The board is nimble, streamlined and lighter weight, this board will increase your pushing power while keeping you in control when things go down. Gnarly downhill’s are always a HUGE part or any true long distance skate or race, this board still has to be a formidable downhill machine. The board is designed to be used with 70-75mm wheels and is ideal with 170mm trucks or with 180mm trucks and inward set wheels such as inside out Orangatang Durians. To commemorate the end of the Long Treks Peru/ Bolivia video series and equip everone for a long summer of pushing we are releasing this very special deck to the public once again. Features:
Narrow Cut – It’s narrower for better pushing ergonomics. This allows for a more natural stride less bending of the knee and less weight.
Forked Nose Drop Thru – for less weight, and to allow you to tow the board without dragging the nose on the ground.
Universal Drop Thru Tail Mounting – Lowers your board for easy pushing and extra stability. We kept the tail so popping the board up is easy for quick dismounts or to help negotiating obstacles with manuals. It also acts as a good tow hook for your hand.
Linear Drop Platform – Keeps your feet locked into place. All in all this makes the board more nimble which is achieved by removing some unneeded length on the standing platform and tightening the dropped platform. The tighter drop helps lock the front foot in when sprinting.
Firm Flex – Helps dampen shock over long stretches, and to help hold ground on rough roads.
Sharp Edges – Final touch for locked in feet

Pre-tensioned fibreglass – Adds long life, durability, strength and energy return.

Bee Orange Finish – Enhances and tones the natural wood grain while protecting with an excellent wax barrier that repels water. The citrus-based polish is completely free of harmful chemicals and is an environmentally sustainable product.
