In a couple of weeks, on the 21st May, during the same weekend that some will be taking part in the Sk8 Challenge 2011 the first Paris Ultraskate will take place:
This event has the potential to make big waves as Romain Bessière will be attempting to beat Paul Kent’s current 24h distance record of 250.4 miles (roughly 403km).
Other participants will include Alex Bangnoi, along with other members of the French longboarding community crazy enough to give skating for 24 hours a go. More info (in French) on the Facebook event page. Best of luck to all who take part!
