On October 2nd, skaters from the Atlanta, Georgia galactic distance sector will be undertaking a 20 mile push in aid of Board Rescue, an awesome charity really worth supporting. There are plans to have a great selection of prizes, making the $10 entry fee more than worthwhile. Run by dedicated volunteers, this one looks t-riff! The Silver Comet trail is a ‘rails to trails’ that promises to be super smooth, and one day we hope very much to partake of its loveliness. All credit to the folks involved who are dedicating their time and energy to make this event as successful as last year’s (see photo above for the assembled crew!).
