This one seems kind of appropriate!
At the moment there are no planes in the air across Europe and all because of a volcano on Iceland called Eyjafjallajoekull. The ash from this volcano has grounded everything.
Why is this relevant on a website dedicated to long-distance skating? Well because today was supposed to be the day when a guy called Steve sets off to skate the ring road around Iceland! You can keep up to date with his skate (when it starts!) on his blog www.solepusher.blogspot.com
